Metric Fine Bolts High Tensile 8.8 Zinc Plated

A bolt with metric fine thread is stronger than the same size bolt with a coarse thread. This is both in tension and shear. The minor diameter is greater as the thread is not as deep, combined with the finer thread creating a greater surface area where it joins with the nut.

Another benefit is fine threads are less likely to vibrate loose as the finer threads have less incline and require less torque.
